1. Return Policy

You can return any item within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • The item is not damaged, defective, or broken (unless the issue occurred during shipping).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after we receive your returned item and verify its condition.
  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your return does not meet our policy requirements (e.g., opened, damaged, or past the return window), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or offer an exchange.

3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is processed. We cannot process exchanges directly; all returns need to be initiated first.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and ensure that you receive a full refund or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable Items
